Bathmate Counterfeit LeLuve
As products get better known in the world, criminals start to counterfeit products and Bathmate is no exemption; except for one aspect. The inventor of the Bathmate spent over 200000 USD on Patent and Copyright protection around the world and thus has secured himself from copying like these, the hard part was to track down the manufacturer but since that task is complete, this is all in lawiers hands. This specific counterfeit unit was made in South Korea and imported to the US where the Bathmate Patent is still pending (not for long though) but the International Design Registration does however cover the unit as it is a replica, not an infringement on patent but a replica, counterfeit with another name. Perhaps the worse thing is that LeLuve sex shop had bought into the thing and ordered co-branded versions of the counterfeit, selling it in the US with their partner Amazon.com. Amazon.com refuses to take any action, but two our of four shops selling the counterfeit have removed the counterfeit as they most likely did not know if was one; thankfully LeLuve was one of those two.
